Do you ship internationally?+
No. RGD Essentials Market currently ships within the United States only.
How do I track an order?+
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once an order is on its way. Tracking can also be viewed in the store account area.
How do returns work?+
Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving an item. Contact support with the order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
What if an item is damaged?+
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. The team will work to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
